CRACK FILLING
Cracks are the very first sign of failing asphalt, and they should never be ignored. When water enters these open cracks and freezes, it expands, turning small cracks into large, destructive potholes. It is the perfect precursor to our asphalt sealing process.
We use state-of-the-art hot-pour rubberized crack sealants heated to nearly 400 degrees. It melts into the crack, bonding with the walls, and remains flexible in extreme temperatures.

Routing & Cleaning
Using heat lances and wire wheels to clean and dry the cracks completely.

Hot Pouring
Injecting 400-degree rubberized sealant directly into the crack.

Banding
Creating a watertight seal over the top of the crack to prevent future moisture intrusion.
